If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help. Simply notify me via and I’ll send return instructions. 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Sale items, personalised items or orders that are returned with items missing, through no fault of mine, cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, please send me an email at and I’ll send further details.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you will need to post it back to me. I’ll send you details when you contact me for a return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live and what I have in stock, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
