Order Information
All products are made to order and may take up to 10 days to arrive. If you require something in a rush please let me know or add to your order notes and I’ll be in touch with a time scale.
Personalisation
Any order can be personalised by adding text to an image or inside cards. Please add a note to your order or send me an email. I can also send items directly to your recipient if required. Please note that personalised orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Cancelling Orders
Once an order is sent to print it cannot be cancelled. You have a 1 hour window after submitting your order to make any changes. Otherwise you will need to wait to receive your order and then submit a return request. Please note that personalised orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Discounts
Discount codes are sometimes sent out with orders or advertised on my social media pages. Adding cards to your basket in sets of 10 will automatically apply a £5 discount to each set.
Returns
Thanks for shopping at Meerly Photos.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help. Simply notify me via info@meerlyphotos.co.uk and I’ll send return instructions.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Sale items, personalised items or orders that are returned with items missing, through no fault of mine, cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Exchanges
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, please send me an email at info@meerlyphotos.co.uk and I’ll send further details.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you will need to post it back to me. I’ll send you details when you contact me for a return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live and what I have in stock, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
Charity
Each year I choose to support a different charity and donate £1 from each sale of my Christmas cards. For 2023 this is The Samaritans. Past charities include: Mind, OCD Action, Cancer Research, Freelancers Make Theatre Work, The British Association of Performing Arts Medicine and Macmillan Cancer Support.
Commissions
If you’d like to commission a particular image, place a bulk order of cards or use an image from my Instagram that’s not in the gallery, please get in touch. Many of my pictures are part of a set of 3 or more, which can be viewed on request.
Privacy and T&Cs
When you contact Meerly Photos or review a product, you submit certain information voluntarily. This includes your name, email address, comments, and any other information you share. If you buy something from this site, Caroline Meer will collect contact information and details of what you bought. If you buy something for someone else on this site, Caroline Meer will collect their delivery details and contact information. Caroline Meer is the sole website administrator that can see and edit that information.
Your name and contact information will only ever be used by Caroline Meer to fulfil your order, or to send details of future updates or offers via e-mailing list, from which you can unsubscribe at any time. No payment information is stored by Caroline Meer.
Payments are processed using Stripe and WooCommerce – please see their Policies for their use of your data.
What rights you have over your data
If you have left comments or reviews, Caroline Meer reserves the right to use these for marketing purposes. You can request to receive a file of the personal data held about you, including any data you have provided. You can also request that any personal data held about you is erased. This does not include any data that is obliged to be kept for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments, emails and reviews may be checked through an automated spam detection service. No other distribution is permitted or actioned.
